  • This OMARV Haylage Harvester Has a 6" Dia. Heavy Duty Rotor With 27 Large, Swinging/Hanging, Hardened Steel Hammer Type Blades:
    • OMARV Harvesters Always Have The Highest Population of Blades To Provide The Best Possible Cut & Reduce The Burden On Your Tractor!
    • 23" Blade Tip To Blade Tip Diameter!
    • Blades Are Cupped For Maximum Blowing Propulsion!
    • These Substantial Blades Can Be Sharpened Multiple Times & Typically Have A Very Long Life!
    • Swinging/Hanging Blades Provide Protection Against Fixed Objects Like Rocks, Stumps, etc!
    • Blades Cut Against Two Counter Blades: One Large Primary (1"x4"x3"x13/16"Thick) Modified 'C' Channel Counter Blade At Lower Front & One 3"x1/8" At Top Rear For Final Reduction.
    • Primary Counter Blade Has 2" Of Gap Adjustment (Edge of Channel to Edge of Blades) To Control Clipping Size & Demand Back To Your Tractor.
    • Primary Counter Blade Is Factory Set At Mid Cutting Range, Providing 1" Additional Closing Or Opening!
    • Both Counter Blades Are Bolt-On For Ease Of Adjustment & Replacement!
  • Discharge Neck Rotates Hydraulically For 'On-The-Fly' Positioning:
    • Rotates From Rear Center 25° Clockwise.
    • Set Towards The Rear To Fill A Forage Wagon, Barge Box, Etc.
    • Swing 25° Rear Center To Right To Disperse Cover Crop, Unharvested Produce, etc!

  • OMARV Gearboxes Include an Over-Running Clutch, Which Provides Two Advantages:
    • First, Easy Alignment & Attachment of the Mowers PTO Shaft to the Tractors PTO Shaft:
      • The O.R. Clutch Enables you to Freely Spin the PTO Shaft & Gearbox for Alignment!
    • Second, Smooth Shut Down:
      • The O.R. Clutch Allows the Mower Gearbox to Free Wheel to a Stop, Eliminating Abrupt Shutdowns & Wear of the PTO Brake!
  • Clevis Style Pinned Connection At Rear For Trailer Tongue Connection.
